1. Acceptance of Terms

By leaving your vehicle with EcowashCar Georgia LLC (“EcowashCar,” “we,” “us”), or by using any of our car wash and detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Liability Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

EcowashCar provides eco-friendly hand wash and automotive detailing services at Perimeter Mall, 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, Atlanta, GA 30346. Service descriptions, inclusions and estimated times are those posted at the location and may be updated from time to time. Prices marked “+” are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, chips or wear, including damage to worn, oxidized, faded, cracked or previously repaired surfaces.

  • We are not responsible for damage to loose, aftermarket or improperly secured parts (trim, moldings, antennas, emblems, spoilers, wheel covers, wraps, decals, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical or water-leak issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty or aging seals, or non-factory modifications.

  • Certain finishes, coatings and delicate materials may react to standard cleaning products; we exercise reasonable care but cannot guarantee outcomes on compromised surfaces.

4. Personal Belongings

Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before service. EcowashCar is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, money, electronics, documents or any items left inside the vehicle.

5. Damage Claims Procedure

  • Any claim for damage must be reported to our staff before you leave the premises and documented at that time.

  • Claims not reported before departure cannot be verified against our records and may not be honored.

  • To file a claim, use the form below or contact us directly. Photographs and your service details help us respond faster.

6. Pricing & Payment

Posted prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge and are subject to applicable taxes and surcharges, which will be disclosed at the point of sale. Payment is due upon completion of service.

7. Video Surveillance (CCTV)

For the safety of our customers, staff and property, this location is monitored and recorded by video surveillance. Footage may be used to review service quality and to assess reported claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcowashCar’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Georgia.
